A digital caliper is a measuring tool like a ruler but it looks like a wrench. It has an adjustable jaw to clamp on the object being measured making round objects especially easy to measure. If you ever seen the MythBusters measuring things, they used a digital caliper. The digital lcd makes find measurements fast and is accurate to .001 inches so geeks will love it.
